This hat is handmade in the USA out of 100% Polyester Fleece. Designed to fit Costco Ground Breaking Skeleton The brim is a thick fleece, NOT plush or fur, due to the fact these can be used outside. Fur outside after getting wet does not look good. Very nice fleece material, not plastic or thin material. NOT FELT EITHER!!
