Refund Policy:
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases
Additional non-returnable items:
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You’ll also be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@urbanmarqet.com.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact us at info@urbanmarqet.com to receive the return address.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled in time, you’ll receive a full refund.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Processing time: 2–7 business days.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping cost (based on the courier chosen).
- If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or incorrect item), the customer will not bear any shipping fees.
